退货
我们的政策有效期为30天。如果自购买之日起已超过30天，很遗憾tely we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

要符合退货条件，您的商品必须未使用，且保持与收到时相同的状态。 It must also be in the original packaging.

部分商品类型不支持直接退货至本公司。

-您从其他经销商处购买的商品，请直接联系您的销售方。

• 经售后部门审批拒绝的商品。

完成退货需要提供收据或购买凭证。
请勿将购买的商品寄回制造商。

某些情况下仅提供部分退款（如适用）：

• 任何非因我方错误导致的不在原状、损坏或缺少零件的商品
• 任何在交付后超过30天退回的商品

退款 (if applicable)
收到并检查您的退货后，我们将发送邮件通知您已收到退货，并告知退款审批结果。
若退款获批，退款将自动退还至信用卡或原支付方式，在一定天数内到账。

延迟或未收到退款（如适用）
如果尚未收到退款，请先再次检查您的银行账户。
然后联系信用卡公司，退款正式到账可能需要一些时间。
接着联系银行。退款入账通常需要一定处理时间。

促销商品（如适用）
仅正价商品可退款，促销商品不支持退款。

换货（如适用）
我们仅更换有缺陷或损坏的商品。如需换同款商品，请发送邮件至： service@hotack-tech.com and send your item to: LongHua Shenzhen, 518000 广东, 中国.

礼品
如果商品购买时标记为礼品并直接寄送给您，您将收到等值退款的礼品积分。收到退货ned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
